Horizon Properties of Durango is an affiliate of Classic Properties International
Classic Properties International is a membership organization composed of the finest real estate brokers representing major urban and suburban areas throughout the country as well as foreign markets. Members are carefully reviewed based on their reputation in their local real estate community, the esteem in which they are held by their peers and their expertise in marketing upper-end properties. Membership is by invitation only. Each member is the sole representative for its exclusive market area. The organization produces a magazine three times per year in which the members display their available properties in a colorful, high-quality format. The publication utilizes a three-pronged marketing approach combining direct-mail, newsstand placement and Internet presence. Participating members submit their private lists of individuals to whom the magazine is mailed. A national consultant directs placement of the magazine for display in bookstore and newsstand locations frequented by high net-worth consumers. The company’s website features a digital version of the magazine and provides direct links to each member’s own website. The digital edition is sent to demographically superior email addresses worldwide. Each member also receives the digital edition to use in its own marketing programs. |
