Rob Littfin
Rob came to Durango in 1984 to pursue a business degree at Fort Lewis College. He fell in love with Durango and after successes elsewhere was able to return to Durango for good in 1996.
After graduating from Ft. Lewis, he moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to explore career options and was influenced by his builder father to enter real estate. He became sales manager for Blue Chip Development Corporation, where he oversaw new home sales, assisted in land acquisition, product design and sales.
Rob opened his own firm, Blue Chip Properties, Inc., which grew to 15 agents. In spite of the hot Arizona real estate market, Rob and wife Karen decided that returning to Durango would be a great move as it provided clean air, boundless recreational opportunities and the perfect community for raising a family. In 1996, the Littfins moved and Rob spent the next 8 years as a broker with Tamarron Realty, Inc.
He enjoys working all aspects of residential real estate, saying: "I feel privileged to live in such a beautiful place and to be able to assist others in finding a home in Durango is exciting. I always hope for them the same happiness that I have found living here."
Rob enjoys golf, skiing, and boating and spending time with Karen and his two sons.
